We’re so confident in our consultants, our search process and our rigorous candidate appraisal, that we’re happy to stand behind our work by offering a one-year guarantee on our Retained C-Suite Search Service. Although rarely used, should a candidate leave or be asked to leave within one year of the offer acceptance, we will replace that candidate for no additional fee.
